Bush admits US carbon output must decrease

On Wednesday George Bush, President of the United States of America, formally commented on issues regarding America's colossal carbon output. This is the first time that any formal confirmation of America's own environmental inadequacies has been discussed; and the global environmental repercussions it has.

Delivering a speech at the White House Rose Garden, Bush said national greenhouse gas emissions growth should peak within 10 to 15 years, stop in 2025, and then decline. In his speech, Bush supported incentives for "lower-emission technologies," such as nuclear power, carbon capture and sequestration, and renewable energy sources like solar or wind.
