  • Responsible for leading and executing the digital marketing strategy the individual will lead and drive digital growth, lead generation and reach for this growing division.
     
    Responsibilities: 

    • Grow the Climate Action online presence via channels including search, display, Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, affiliate, partnerships, link building, content distribution.
    • Ideally you have proven experience in SEO, PPC, paid social, content repurposing, content distribution, digital strategy and outbound sales campaigns. 
    • Experience of working to strong metrics and a data-driven focus, owning the marketing KPIs.
    • Account manage digital sponsors and deliver leads.  
    • Performance approach to marketing to do more of what works (and less of what doesn’t).
    • Own and implement rigorous testing to launch, analyse, optimise and scale new strategies and channels.
    • Help create, shape and deliver the overall digital sales strategy.
    • Collaborate with the Climate Action Events, Online and web teams to create new and innovative digital offerings.
    • Contribute to long term strategic objective and growth plans.

    Personal qualities:

    • Experience of proactive and reactive lead generation campaigns. 
    • Have an interest and passion in climate change and sustainability.
    • Ability to commercialise marketing efforts to generate revenue.
    • Creative and flexible to contribute to digital product development.
    • Ability to write compelling and benefit led sales copy that engages and drives action.
    • Ability to track and measure goals and metrics.
    • Comfortable with aggressive marketing metrics that focuses on all stages of the sales funnel.
    • A thorough understanding of growth marketing tactics.
